Mango Pineapple Power

This is my favorite pre and post workout smoothie. It is bright, tropical and gives you clean, hydrating fuel.

Ingredients:

• 2 frozen bananas

• 1 cup mango

• 1 cup pineapple

• Coconut water

Directions:

Blend everything until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed.
